1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for items that:

  • Are returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Are not part of the non-returnable categories listed below

Once your return is approved and the item is inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


2. Items Not Eligible for Refund

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot issue refunds for:

  • Lingerie

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry/accessories

  • Final sale or clearance items

Items that show signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted for refund.


3. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request:

  1. Email rossellaa-shop@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier (unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.


4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns.

  • If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Rossellaa will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.


5. Refund Processing Time

After your return is approved and received:

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not see your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

Refunds may take additional time before posting. If you still have not received it, email us at rossellaa-shop@outlook.com.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Email rossellaa-shop@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include photos of the item and packaging

  3. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you


8. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color when available.
If an exchange item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not shipped.
If the order has already shipped, you may request a return once it arrives.
